Skin Hydration

Most marketing literature in the field of skin care tries to convince women that in order to win the battle over skin dehydration all they need to do is to buy a particular expensive moisturizer and use it often. Wrong, wrong and wrong again!
The truth is that there are four critical elements for improving skin hydration and health.
First, drink plenty of water. Without adequate water intake, you are fighting an uphill battle against skin dehydration. Conventional wisdom holds that everyone should drink a minimum of eight to ten 8 oz. glasses of water daily.
Second, you should protect your skin against moisture robbing elements of the environment. Mainly speaking that means avoiding the sun which robs your skin of moisture faster than anything and avoiding excessively dry environments which can leech your skin, as well.
Third, go to the local drug store and buy an inexpensive moisturizer without artificial colors or fragrances. Remember the lesson I try to repeat over and over is that, the price of a product is a poor indicator of the quality of a product. Expensive products are not necessarily good products. In fact, often times, when it comes to moisturizers, inexpensive is often better.
Finally, you should think about taking a natural supplement product called Lutein. Lutein is one of over 600 known naturally occurring carotenoids and is found in green leafy vegetables such as spinach andkale. Lutein is a powerful antioxidant which is great for the eyes and for, you guessed it, maintaining skin hydration levels.
Skin hydration is more than buying some “Holly-weird” supported product that costs $150 or more an ounce to buy but, in reality, is really as simple as following these four simple steps.

RIGHT WAY & WRONG WAY TO BUILD TAMPOGO??

** Originally sent via email as an update for IReps from notice@tampogo.com **
Dear iReps,
Is there a RIGHT WAY and a WRONG WAY to build a TamPogo business? The answer is NO. However there is a FAST WAY and a SLOW WAY to build your team. If you are like most iReps, you want to build FAST! Let me explain how.
TamPogo Basic Business Model
The TamPogo business model is different than most Network Marketing companies. That's because we are really NOT a Network Marketing company - we have an 8 level affiliate marketing program. Just like MySpace, TamPogo is FREE to join and provides access to discount shopping. It is also FREE to become an iRep and earn money by referring others to TamPogo.
Most Network Marketing companies have expensive products with huge markups in order to cover network commissions. Plus they have a requirement to sell products to customers. The TamPogo business model is based on offering thousands of everyday products at competitive pricing. These products are purchased by iReps. There is no requirement to sell products.
Fast Track products have $10 network commission to pay iReps. The affiliate marketing program pays the network 12% on eight levels ($1.20 per level) with every Fast Track purchase. Non-Fast Track products carry a smaller commission. To be Active to receive commission, iReps are required to generate $10 network commission per month.
If you refer 8 people to TamPogo and they do the same, over time, the income is staggering!
Levels # iReps Network Commission Commission per Level
Level 1 8 $1.20 $9.60
Level 2 64 $1.20 $76.80
Level 3 512 $1.20 $614.40
Level 4 4,096 $1.20 $4,915.20
Level 5 32,768 $1.20 $39,321.60
Level 6 262,144 $1.20 $314,572.80
No need to calculate the 7th & 8th Levels. I think you get the point!
Concentrate on finding 8 ambitious people that will purchase one Fast Track product every month. Then help them do the same to create viral growth. This will not happen overnight. But it is possible!
Remember, TamPogo donates $1 from each Fast Track product sale to a charity that feeds a starving child somewhere in the world for an entire week. Help TamPogo make a difference!
ADDITIONAL Front End Bonuses for Leaders
In addition to the affiliate marketing commissions outlined above, TamPogo just introduced another income stream - The President Circle Bonus Pool. This bonus pool will be funded through the sale of specific product packages called the President Circle Product Packages. Currently TamPogo has several packages that sell for $47 to $130. Approximately 10% of the sale price is placed in the President Circle Bonus Pool. If TamPogo sells $2,000,000 in these products, the Bonus Pool would be about $200,000. This pool will be divided every month by those who are qualified President Circle Members (200 points to qualify). The front end potential here is tremendous and it is designed to reward those that are driving the growth and exposure of TamPogo.
Later, the Bonus pool will include a percentage of the revenue from products that will be sold through retail stores like GNC, Walgreens and Walmart. This has NEVER been done in the history of our industry. For more information, listen to this recorded call: (218) 936-1005 Pin 51481#
Push Button Marketing System
TamPogo is also launching the Push Button Marketing System. This internet advertising campaign will be led by the same experts that helped launch MySpace to 33 million users in approx. 14 months. Customers and iReps acquired from this marketing program will be given to iReps who participate in the monthly advertising co-op.
Details of both the President's Club Bonus Pool and the Push Button Marketing System can be found in your back office under iRep Resources.
So there is no RIGHT WAY or WRONG WAY, only a FAST WAY and a SLOW WAY. Both ways will help you achieve your dreams and goals.
If you want to build the FAST WAY, order a President Circle Product Package on Autoship and teach everyone on your team do the same. Then accumulate 200 points every month.
It's that simple. Ready. Set. TamPogo! P.S. Make sure you have prospective iReps on the TamPogo Overview call tonight at 9:00pm EST. (712) 432-0075 Code 848299#.

How to apply skin care products
www.TamPoGo.com/changetheworld
By Chuck Stebbins (originally posted 10/16/2009 @ http://tampogo.typepad.com/shopblog)
Certain products work better for some people versus others. And no product works for everyone, all of the time. But HOW you apply a particular product is often as important as WHAT you are applying. In other words, many good products fail due to the fact that people are applying them in an improper method.
Remember, for a skin care product to work, it first has to be absorbed into the skin. To increase absorption potential there are a few rules to follow. First, cleanse your skin before applying any product. Use warm water as it will clean the skin and open the pores. Hot water is bad for the skin as it increases aging.
Second, leave your skin a bit moist. This improves penetration.
Third, the outermost layer of the skin is the first barrier to penetrate. Since this is made up of dry, dead cells it is a good idea to gently scrub it. This process is known as exfoliation. You can purchase expensive exfoliation products or simply use a paste made of regular table sugar and water. Use this 3-4 times a week for best results.
Fourth, use short, firm strokes when applying any skin care product. After you apply the product sometimes it is good to dab the area with your finger a few times.
Following these simple, basic rules will enhance the effects of nearly all good skin care products.
